Lindsey Crismon has dedicated her legal career to advocating in court for the rights of employees and to representing individuals who have been wronged by an employer. She has handled a wide range of employment law matters including claims of wrongful termination, retaliation, discrimination, and harassment based on age, race, gender/sex, religion, medical condition and disability. She has successfully settled numerous cases, and she has successfully litigated cases from the initial filing through trial as the lead trial attorney. More recently, she received a verdict in favor of her client, where the jury awarded $822,400.00 for her client’s wrongful termination, hostile work environment, and non-payment of wages.
Lindsey graduated from Westmont College with a double major in Economics & Business and Philosophy with honors. She later graduated from Wake Forest School of Law in the top 25% of her class. Due to her academic achievements, she was selected to participate on the law school’s Journal of Business and Intellectual Property as well as working at the Community Law and Business Clinic.
Lindsey is happily married to Darren Crismon and enjoys living in the Los Angeles area where she was born and raised.
